Trail Notes
Started early, coffee in hand, to check how navigation works with multiple posts. This entry is shorter and simpler than the Markdown showcase but includes a few essentials.
Route
- Departed from camp at dawn.
- Climbed a long gravel pass.
- Stopped for water at a spring.
- Descended into town for supplies.
Gear Checks
- Tires: 40 psi, no cuts.
- Chain: clean and lubed.
- Lights: charged and tested.
- Bags: all straps tight.
Notes
Weather stayed clear with a light tailwind. Met another rider who shared a shortcut that shaved an hour off the route. Marked it on the GPS for next time.
Next up: resupply, then push to the next campsite before dark.
